Lil Rod, a collaborator on Diddy’s recent album, files lawsuit accusing the music mogul of sexual harassment, drugging, and threats.
Music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs faces serious allegations of sexual misconduct in a new lawsuit. Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, a former music producer who collaborated on Combs’ most recent album, filed a suit in New York federal court on Monday. Jones alleges a prolonged period of sexual harassment, drugging, and threats by Combs.

Jones worked with Combs from September 2022 to November 2023 and claims to have witnessed and endured disturbing events as part of his working relationship with the music star. The lawsuit accuses Combs of “unauthorized groping” and pressuring Jones to find sex workers to satisfy Combs. Jones also alleges that Combs threatened Jones’ life and career, causing severe emotional distress.
Diddy Responds
Diddy’s lawyer, Shawn Holley, has vehemently denied the allegations. In a statement to PEOPLE, Holley stated that the claims are fabricated and the lawsuit is “shameless” and attention-seeking. The statement also claims that the accuser’s lawyer refuses to look at the evidence refuting the accusations.

The Bottom Line
The lawsuit shines a troubling light on abuse of power within the entertainment industry. Allegations of this nature should always be taken seriously and survivors deserve support and justice.
